PlanSlot Website Terms of Use

1. About these Terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the PlanSlot website, mobile applications and related digital services (together, the “Platform”). The Platform is operated by PLANSLOT TECH LTD, a company incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus under registration number HE 498059, with registered office at Patmou 15, 8021 Paphos, Cyprus (“PlanSlot”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Who can use the Platform

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or otherwise use the Platform. By creating an account or using the Platform, you confirm that you are 18 or over. PlanSlot does not knowingly permit account registration by, and does not knowingly collect personal data from, individuals under the age of 18. If PlanSlot becomes aware that an individual under 18 has created an account or provided personal data, it will take reasonable steps to delete the account and the associated personal data.

3. What PlanSlot does

PlanSlot provides software and digital marketplace functionality that enables service providers (“Suppliers”) to publish services and availability and enables customers (“Customers” or “End Users”) to discover and book appointments. PlanSlot is not the provider of the underlying service. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the contract for the service booked through the Platform is between the Customer and the relevant Supplier. The Supplier is responsible for the description, availability, quality, safety, legality and performance of its services.

4. No customer payments at initial launch

At the initial launch, PlanSlot does not process or collect payment from Customers for Supplier services. Any fees payable for a booked service are agreed and settled directly between the Customer and Supplier, unless PlanSlot introduces a separate payment functionality under updated terms.

5. Accounts

Certain functionality requires an account. Users must provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of login credentials, promptly update inaccurate information and notify PlanSlot of suspected unauthorised access.

6. Bookings

A booking made through PlanSlot is subject to the Supplier’s availability and any booking, cancellation, lateness or no-show rules displayed at the time of booking. PlanSlot may send confirmation, reminder, change, cancellation and waiting-list notifications by email, SMS, push notification or in-app message.

7. Waiting lists and availability

Where a Supplier enables a waiting list, PlanSlot may notify eligible Customers when a matching slot becomes available. A notification does not guarantee that the slot will remain available; the appointment is only confirmed when the booking is successfully completed.

8. Supplier content

Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their profiles, service descriptions, prices, images, opening hours, staff information and availability. PlanSlot may remove or restrict content that is unlawful, misleading, unsafe, infringing or otherwise violates these Terms.

9. Reviews and user content

Where reviews or other user-generated content are enabled, users must provide honest, relevant and non-defamatory content. Fake reviews, manipulation, harassment, discriminatory content and content that reveals another person’s private or health information are prohibited.

10. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or deceptive activity.
• No unauthorised access, scraping, reverse engineering or security testing without written permission.
• No upload of malware or malicious code.
• No use of the Platform to collect or disclose personal data unlawfully.
• No use of free-text fields to upload unnecessary medical records, payment card details, passwords or other highly sensitive information.

11. Intellectual property

The Platform, software, design, branding, text, databases, interfaces and underlying technology are owned by or licensed to PlanSlot and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Users retain ownership of content they lawfully submit but grant PlanSlot the limited licence necessary to host, display, transmit and operate that content through the Platform.

12. Availability and changes

PlanSlot will use reasonable efforts to maintain the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may be modified, suspended or discontinued where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or product development.

13. Third-party services

The Platform may rely on third-party infrastructure, SMS providers, email providers, analytics, hosting, authentication, app stores and other service providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy notices.

14. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PlanSlot is not responsible for the underlying services provided by Suppliers, the accuracy of Supplier information, Customer conduct, missed appointments caused by a Supplier or Customer, or third-party service failures. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, a Supplier or user may be required to indemnify PlanSlot for losses arising from unlawful content, infringement of third-party rights, misuse of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

16. Suspension and termination

PlanSlot may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the Platform, users or third parties, to address serious breaches, fraud, security risks or legal requirements. Where appropriate, PlanSlot will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy a breach.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules require otherwise. The courts of the Republic of Cyprus shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights available to consumers.

18. Accessibility

PlanSlot aims to make the Platform accessible to as many users as possible and intends to develop the website and mobile applications in line with recognised accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1/2.2, Level AA) as the Platform develops.
