Last updated: 17 September 2026

1. Who can use PlanSlot

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a booking through PlanSlot. PlanSlot enables Customers to search for participating Suppliers and request or make appointments. Customers must provide accurate information and use the Platform lawfully.

2. Relationship with Supplier

The Supplier, not PlanSlot, is responsible for the underlying service. The Customer should review the Supplier's service description, availability, cancellation and no-show rules before confirming an appointment.

3. No medical advice

PlanSlot is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Where a Customer books a healthcare or clinic service, the Customer's relationship regarding that service is with the Supplier.

4. Appointment communications

Customers may receive transactional communications necessary to operate a booking, including confirmation, reminders, changes, cancellations and waiting-list notifications. Marketing communications are handled separately and may be subject to consent or another lawful basis as required by applicable law.

5. Cancellation and no-show

Customers should cancel or reschedule directly through the Platform where available or contact the Supplier. Any applicable cancellation or no-show policy is determined by the Supplier. At initial launch, PlanSlot does not collect cancellation fees or other payments on behalf of Suppliers.

6. Reviews

Where reviews are available, Customers must provide truthful and relevant feedback and must not publish personal, confidential or health information about another person.

7. Account termination

A Customer may request closure of their PlanSlot account by following the available account process or contacting info@planslot.com. Certain information may be retained where legally required or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

8. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights available to consumers under Cyprus or EU law.
