1. Customer complaints about Supplier services
Complaints about the quality, safety, price or delivery of a Supplier's service should normally be addressed to the Supplier because the Supplier provides the underlying service.
2. Complaints about PlanSlot
Complaints concerning the Platform, account, privacy, security or PlanSlot's own services may be submitted to info@planslot.com.
3. Data protection complaints
Data-protection concerns may be raised with PlanSlot first and, where appropriate, with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
4. Consumer dispute resolution
Where mandatory consumer-protection or alternative dispute resolution (ADR) rules apply, PlanSlot will comply with those requirements and will direct Customers to the relevant approved Cyprus ADR body. Note: the European Commission's former online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was permanently discontinued on 20 July 2025. It is no longer available and should not be referenced or linked to.
