PlanSlot Acceptable Use, Content & Reviews Policy

1. Prohibited content

• Illegal or fraudulent content.
• Defamatory, threatening, abusive or discriminatory content.
• Fake, manipulated or incentivised reviews presented as genuine.
• Content infringing copyright, trademarks, privacy or publicity rights.
• Unnecessary medical records or sensitive health information.
• Payment-card data, passwords or authentication secrets.
• Malware, phishing or content designed to compromise systems.

2. Reviews

PlanSlot may moderate, remove or decline reviews that violate this Policy. Removal decisions should be based on defined criteria and not on whether a review is positive or negative.

3. Genuine reviews

Where feasible, PlanSlot allows reviews only from genuine completed or otherwise verified interactions. Fake, manipulated or incentivised-as-genuine reviews are prohibited. Moderation criteria are applied neutrally to positive and negative reviews, and a reporting and appeal process is available as described below.

4. Supplier profile accuracy

Suppliers must maintain accurate service descriptions, opening hours, staff information and availability. PlanSlot may suspend profiles that are misleading or unsafe.

5. Reporting and statement of reasons

Users may report unlawful, misleading or privacy-invasive content to info@planslot.com. PlanSlot will assess reports and take proportionate action. Where PlanSlot removes or restricts content, a review, a listing or an account as a result of such a report or its own assessment, it will, where legally permitted, provide the affected user with a statement of reasons for that decision (including the facts relied on, whether an automated tool was used, and the available means of redress) in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the Digital Services Act).
